Brian Lowes, president and general manager of Pinnacle Collision Centre, and his partners first created the same luxurious and comfortable brand atmosphere across the street at their dealership, Mercedes-Benz Winnipeg. Online Local Guide confirms this with his Google review of the company:

But Lowes and his partners did not want this VIP car experience to end at the sale. They had a vision of creating a full-service, relationship-building business that would allow their customers to have precise collision repair and detail work done — after the initial purchase at the dealership — by certified Mercedes-Benz professionals. Expanding the business to add a high-end collision center completed that vision.
Luxury vehicles, buses, coaches and trucks will now find their way to Pinnacle Collision Centre to be carefully repaired by certified detailers, painters and body technicians. Jerry Castellano, Pinnacle’s collision operations manager, has more than 30 years of experience in the industry and an exceptional passion for his clients and staff. Castellano hand-picked his team from around the world, and his team members have even traveled to Germany to be certified at the Mercedes-Benz headquarters.
The level of knowledge, professionalism and service does not only extend to Mercedes-Benz customers; Pinnacle Collision Centre will service all makes and models of vehicles.
With a Global Finishing Solutions® (GFS) Ultra® XD Dual-Bay CTOF Booth, 30-foot Ultra XC Auto Truck Pro (ATP) Paint Booth and Ultra XD Mix Room, Pinnacle’s paint finishing equipment will meet the level of detail and precision required by the high-end vehicle market.
Castellano attributes the ongoing relationship with GFS to his equipment distributors, Dean Marino and Nealon Cwik from Dormer Finishing Systems:
